for a social and sports project

About the project

Project type:
corporate website
Platform:
Tilda
Sphere:
Social and sports initiatives, charitable foundation
Website:

Task

At the time of the request, the project already had a website, but it:

  • It looked outdated
  • it did not reflect the scale and idea of the project
  • was not user-friendly enough
  • it worked poorly as a modern digital platform
  • didn ‘t build the right level of trust and engagement

The project required a full-fledged update of the visual and user parts of the site.

The development was carried out free of charge as part of the Doblab 2025 initiative, a competition for creating websites for NGOs and social projects.

The main goal of the project is to create a modern, intuitive and visually lively website that:

  • helps you quickly understand the mission of the project
  • makes communication more understandable
  • inspires confidence
  • Works conveniently on mobile devices
  • allows the team to update the content independently

It was important to maintain a balance between the social orientation of the project and the modern digital presentation.

UX and structure

The work began with an audit of the current site and the processing of user scripts.

We have completely redesigned the structure:

  • simplified navigation
  • redesigned the block sequence
  • improved the visual hierarchy
  • reduced the user’s path to key information
  • we have made the presentation of content more understandable and «lively»

For social projects, it is especially important that the user understands in the first seconds:

  • What does the organization do?
  • what benefits does it bring
  • how can I interact with the project?

This is exactly what the new UX was built around.

Design

The new interface was developed in Figma from scratch.

The visual concept was built around:

  • modern minimalist style
  • easy and dynamic feed
  • adaptive grid
  • accent typography
  • emotionally positive visual language

Special attention was paid to:

  • the mobile version
  • readability of the content
  • the visual rhythm of the pages
  • ease of interaction

The site was supposed to look modern, but at the same time remain understandable and «human».

Team training

After the launch, we:

  • we have trained the team to work with Tilda
  • they showed the process of updating the content
  • we have provided instructions on how to manage the site

For social organizations, it is especially important that the site can be maintained without the constant involvement of developers.

What was the most important thing

In such projects, the key role is played not by the number of technologies, but by the quality of user perception.

Therefore, the main focus was on:

  • trust
  • ease of interaction
  • transparency
  • adaptability
  • emotional presentation
  • clear structure

The website was not just supposed to «exist», but to help the project build communication with the audience.

Why is it free

This project was implemented as part of Doblab 2025, an initiative for the free development of websites for NGOs and social projects.

We believe that it is important for organizations that engage in useful social initiatives to have a modern and understandable digital infrastructure.

Therefore, we implement some of these projects pro bono — as a real support, not a formality.

Result

After the launch, the sports car received:

  • completely updated modern website
  • more professional digital representation
  • a convenient content management system
  • adaptive interface for all devices
  • improved structure and navigation
  • a platform for further development of the project

The website has become a full-fledged part of the organization’s digital communication and has helped bring the project to a new level of visual and user experience.
