PROFIL Center — free website development
for a social and educational organization
About the project
Task
The main objective of the project is to create an environment where people can receive help, education, support and opportunities for development.
The organization needed a modern website that:
- clearly talks about the activities of the center
- inspires confidence among parents and partners
- helps to structure a large amount of information
- it works correctly on mobile devices
- allows you to quickly update content without the involvement of developers
Before the start of the project, the site did not actually exist as a full-fledged digital platform. The organization did not have a single modern site where it could:
- tell us about programs and initiatives
- publish news and materials
- collect requests centrally
- create a professional online presentation
Why is it free
The site was created as part of the Doblab 2025 social initiative, a free digital support program for NGOs and social organizations.
We consciously help such projects with design and development, because for many social organizations, a high—quality website is a basic communication tool, not an «additional option.»
Especially in the educational and social spheres, trust in an organization is largely formed through the digital environment.:
- how clear is the information provided
- how convenient is it to interact with the project?
- how professional does an online organization look?
What was done
Structure and UX design. The work began with the design of the site structure:
- we have thought through user scenarios
- redesigned navigation
- simplified access to key sections
- structured educational and informational materials
- we have made the presentation of information more understandable for parents and visitors
The main goal is to remove the feeling of congestion and make the site easy to read for any audience.
Interface design. Based on Figma layouts, a modern and calm visual style has been developed.:
- adaptive interface
- neat typography
- unified visual system
- adaptation to mobile devices
- working with the visual hierarchy of content
Special attention was paid to:
- trust
- emotionally comfortable presentation
- readability
- ease of navigation
- the speed of information perception
This is critical for social projects: the user must quickly understand where they are and how to get the information they need.

WordPress development
WordPress was chosen as the platform.
This allowed:
- launch the project quickly
- create a user-friendly content management system
- minimize the cost of further support
- give the team the opportunity to update the site on their own
As part of the development, the following were implemented:
- adaptive layout
- landing on the CMS
- SEO-page optimization
- feedback forms
- configuring the URL structure
- basic technical optimization
- training the team to work with the admin panel
The content was fully prepared by the organization, and our task was to properly package it in an understandable and modern digital environment.
What was the most important thing
For such projects, a website is not just an information page.
It’s a tool:
- trust
- communications
- engagements
- reputations
- interactions with parents, partners, and the audience
Therefore, the main focus was on:
- transparency
- the simplicity of the interface
- adaptability
- clear structure
- emotionally calm presentation
- the convenience of updating content
Result
After the launch, the organization received:
- a full-fledged modern website
- a convenient content management system
- an adaptive communication platform
- professional digital representation
- a tool for further project development
Additionally:
- it has become easier for the team to publish materials
- The site has become much more modern and understandable.
- The perception of the organization online has improved
- a single digital platform for working with the audience has appeared
This project is an example of how even a relatively small website can become an important part of an organization’s social infrastructure.
For educational and social initiatives, the digital environment directly affects the level of trust, audience engagement, and the ability to talk about their activities in a clear, modern language.
