Task

Patricia Tesori Couture is one of the flagship brands of a management company specializing in the development and production of designer wedding dresses. The brand is focused on the premium segment of the market and cooperates with partners and wedding salons in different countries.

After updating the company’s corporate identity, it became necessary to create a modern website that would match the brand’s new visual positioning, emphasize the exclusivity of the collections and make it possible to conveniently manage a large catalog of dresses.

The project became part of a large-scale digital transformation of the group of companies, in which we developed several websites for different brands at once.

We had several tasks ahead of us:

  • develop a new brandbook-based design;
  • completely replace the outdated website;
  • create a modern adaptive interface;
  • implement a convenient content management system;
  • integrate the website with the client’s internal systems;
  • ensure multilingualism;
  • maintain high productivity and SEO readiness.

At the same time, the site was supposed to serve not as an online store, but as a digital showcase of the brand, where the main focus is on presenting collections and helping potential buyers find official salons.

What happened before the work started

The previous site no longer corresponded to the brand’s level.

The main problems:

  • obsolete design;
  • inconsistency with the new corporate identity;
  • inconvenient directory structure;
  • lack of a modern mobile version;
  • complex administration;
  • lack of integration with internal business processes;
  • slow collection update rate.

In addition, the brand was actively developing on the international market, so the old website no longer reflected its current level.

What have we done

We have completed the full development cycle of the project.

UX and design

  • we have developed a new interface based on a brandbook;
  • we have created a unique design for all the pages;
  • we have implemented a large number of branded animations;
  • adapted the interface for mobile devices;
  • We have retained the minimalistic premium content presentation.

Frontend

The frontend was fully implemented on React with server-side rendering (SSR).

This approach allowed us to obtain:

  • high speed of the website;
  • smooth animation;
  • modern user experience;
  • good indexing by search engines.

WordPress

WordPress was used exclusively as a convenient CMS.

An administrative panel has been prepared for the company’s employees, allowing them to:

  • manage pages;
  • edit collections;
  • change dress cards;
  • update images;
  • publish video materials;
  • edit content in two languages;
  • manage your SEO settings.

Integration

One of the key parts of the project was the integration of the website with the client’s internal system.

Automatically synced:

  • collections;
  • dress cards;
  • Photo;
  • video materials;
  • Product characteristics;
  • content in Russian;
  • the content is in English.

Due to this, employees update the information once in the internal system, after which the changes automatically appear on the website.

Brand geography

An interactive map based on Google Maps has been developed for the «Where to buy» section.

The user can quickly find the official wedding salons of the brand in different countries, which greatly simplifies the search for the nearest partner.

Efficiency

To ensure high download speed, the following have been implemented:

  • Redis-caching;
  • own image optimization module;
  • video optimization without loss of quality;
  • modern media download system;
  • basic optimization of Core Web Vitals.

SEO

We have prepared the website for further promotion.

The project implemented:

  • CNC;
  • Title and Description;
  • xml;
  • txt;
  • micro-markup;
  • Open Graph;
  • bread crumbs;
  • image optimization.

Further SEO promotion is handled by the customer’s team.

The most difficult tasks

Several directions presented the greatest difficulty at once.

Transfer the corporate identity as accurately as possible

The work was already carried out on a ready-made brandbook, so it was necessary to preserve every detail of the company’s identity in a digital environment.

Special attention was paid to:

  • typography;
  • compositions;
  • animations;
  • the visual rhythm of the pages;
  • perception of photographs of collections.

Headless approach

It was necessary to combine React and WordPress in such a way that editors continued to work in the familiar CMS, and visitors received the fastest modern interface.

Integration of internal data

Automatic uploading of collections, photos, and content has significantly reduced the manual work of employees and eliminated duplication of information.

Results

After the launch, the company received a modern corporate website that fully corresponds to the brand’s positioning.

Managed to achieve:

  • easy catalog management;
  • automatic updating of collections;
  • Supports two languages;
  • Improving the mobile user experience;
  • high page loading speed;
  • enhance the overall brand perception;
  • easily search for official salons around the world.

Patricia Tesori Couture has become another project within the digital transformation of the wedding fashion brand group. We managed to combine a modern React frontend, convenient content management through WordPress and integration with the company’s internal systems, while maintaining the main thing — the premium character of the brand and high—quality user experience.
