Development of a corporate website on Webflow

The client needed a modern corporate website that simultaneously solved several tasks.:

• he represented the company and its expertise;
• he showed the work directions in detail;
• it allowed to present various IT specializations;
• it contained cases, vacancies and information materials;
• it allowed you to update the content yourself;
• It worked correctly on computers, tablets, and mobile devices.;
• it provided users with convenient points to contact the company.

At the same time, the project did not involve the use of a ready-made template.

We developed the visual concept and structure of the site on our own, and then implemented it in Webflow.

We started working on the project not with Webflow, but with design.

Figma has developed the website interface from scratch, thought over the page structure, visual hierarchy of content and basic user scenarios.

Separately, we created a UI Kit — a set of components and rules, on the basis of which the entire site was then assembled.

This allowed us to determine in advance a unified approach to:

• typography;
• headings and text blocks;
• buttons;
• forms;
• cards;
• navigation elements;
• information blocks;
• states of the elements;
• adaptive interface behavior.

As a result, the design was not a set of individual layouts, but a complete system that could be consistently transferred into development.

After approving the design, we moved on to implementation.

The entire website was assembled in Webflow based on the design we developed.

In this project, Webflow was used not just as a visual constructor for quickly assembling pages. We have implemented a full-fledged website structure, CMS and adaptive layout in it.

Special attention was paid to ensuring that the final implementation maximally corresponded to the original design from Figma.

All major versions of the interface were worked out separately for:

• Desktop;
• Tablet;

This made it possible not only to reduce the elements on small screens, but also to adapt the structure and layout of the content to different usage scenarios.

One of the important parts of the project was the Webflow CMS setup.

We have integrated all the main content sections into a managed structure, which should be updated regularly without the involvement of developers.

In particular, CMS has been implemented:

• services;
• specializations;
• articles and news;
• job openings;
• cases.

This approach allowed us to separate the design and structure of the site from its content content.

Now the Inventra East team can add and edit materials independently, while maintaining a unified structure and visual style of the site.

The site has also implemented forms for interacting with potential clients and candidates.

The user can leave a request directly through the appropriate forms on the website, for example, to order a consultation or to ask about the selection of a specialist.

The forms have been integrated with an external application processing system, so sending data does not end with a simple message on the website: the request is passed on to the company’s workflow.

The site was designed at once with different resolutions and devices in mind.

We have implemented separate adaptive states for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile so that a large amount of content and a complex corporate structure do not turn into a long and inconvenient feed on small screens.

During the adaptation, the sizes of the elements, the margins, the location of the blocks and the structure of the individual sections were revised.

As a result, the site retains a single visual system, but adapts correctly to the user’s screen size.

As a result, Inventra East received a fully ready—made corporate website, developed from scratch — from the visual concept to implementation and launch.

LP Agency has completed a full cycle of work within the framework of the project:

UX/UI Design → UI Kit → Adaptive development → Webflow → CMS → form integration → launch.

The main difference between the project is that Webflow did not replace the development stage here.

First, we created our own design system and thought out the interface, and then used Webflow as a platform for the full implementation of this solution.

The website is in production and is used by Inventra East as the main corporate tool for the presentation of the company, its services, specializations and expert content.

This project is a good example of a full cycle of corporate website development, when the team is responsible not only for the software implementation, but also for the entire visual product.

We independently developed the design and UI Kit, after which we transferred the created system to Webflow, configured CMS, forms and adaptive versions.

As a result, Inventra East received not just a set of peer-to-peer pages, but a fully-fledged managed corporate website that continues to work and develop after launch.
