Corporate website of the international investment program
in the field of waste processing
About the project
Task
The main objective of the project was to unite international investors, technology partners and government organizations around initiatives to create a modern infrastructure for waste recycling and the production of secondary resources.
To promote the program, a presentation website was needed that would clearly tell about the project, demonstrate its advantages and help build communication with potential investors and partners from different countries.
Our team was faced with the task of developing a corporate website that could simultaneously solve several tasks.:
- to present an international investment program;
- explain a complex business model in a clear language;
- build trust from investors;
- provide separate interaction scenarios for the audience from Russia and other countries;
- to prepare a platform for negotiations and presentations of the project.
An additional feature of the project was the almost complete absence of ready-made materials. Most of the information had to be collected together with the customer, to clarify the details from various specialists and to form the structure of the site almost from scratch.
What was done
We have completed the full development cycle of the project.
Analytics and design
Before starting work, the subject area was studied, an analysis of similar international investment projects was carried out, and the structure of the future website was formed.
Special attention was paid to ensuring that complex waste recycling processes, investment mechanisms and environmental initiatives were understandable not only to relevant specialists, but also to potential investors.
UX/UI design
Based on analytics, a completely unique design was developed in Figma.
The main page consisted of 13 information screens that gradually introduced the user to the project.:
- the global problem of waste management;
- The Waste to Wealth Africa concept;
- advantages of the program;
- investment directions;
- partners;
- stages of implementation;
- expected environmental and economic impact;
- feedback forms.
The interface was designed for an international audience, so special attention was paid to ease of navigation, readability and modern corporate style.
Development
After the design was approved, an adaptive PHP website was developed without using a CMS.
This solution allowed:
- reduce the development time as much as possible;
- avoid unnecessary stress;
- get a fast website without excessive functionality;
- simplify further project support.
In addition to the main page, two separate internal pages were implemented for potential partners.
Dividing the audience
One of the features of the project was the implementation of two different scenarios of user interaction.
A separate information page has been prepared for Russian companies, taking into account the specifics of local legislation and existing partnerships, including cooperation with Russian industrial enterprises.
A separate version was created for the international audience, adapted to the requirements of foreign investors and partners, without mentioning information that could complicate cooperation with European organizations.
This approach allowed us to maintain a single brand of the project, while taking into account the specifics of different markets.
Main features of the project
- developing a completely unique design;
- adaptive layout;
- The corporate website is entirely in English;
- three unique pages;
- two separate versions for different categories of partners;
- high download speed;
- simple PHP without using CMS;
- feedback form;
- preparing a structure for an international audience.

What was the most difficult part
The greatest difficulty was not the technical tasks, but the work with the project content.
The information came in small parts from different employees of the customer, many materials were missing altogether, and individual processes had to be studied independently.
Additionally, it was necessary:
- structure a large amount of disparate information;
- explain a complex investment model in simple terms;
- maintain a balance between technical details and marketing pitch;
- adapt a website to multiple target audiences at once.
As a result, we managed to create a presentation resource that was equally well received by both technical specialists and potential investors.
Results
After the launch, the website was used as the official presentation resource of the international program.
It was used:
- during negotiations with potential investors;
- when looking for international partners;
- at the project presentations;
- as the official digital platform of the program.
The project has successfully fulfilled its main task — it has become an understandable and modern tool for presenting an investment initiative to an international audience.
The project was developed for an international investment program and was used during its active development. Currently, the website is no longer available, which is typical for a number of temporary presentation and investment initiatives. However, this case reflects the amount of work done, the approach to the design and development of the solution.
