Adapting a corporate website to a new company
and launching on WordPress
About the project

Task
The task was to create a website for Topyang based on an existing reference, an international corporate website in the field of logistics.
The website was used as a basis unishippingltd.com However, the customer did not need an exact copy of it. It was necessary to maintain the approach to the structure and presentation of information, but adapt the project to the new company.
Therefore, we have redesigned both the visual part and the structure of the site itself.
What has been changed
During the development process, the original concept was fully adapted to Topyang.:
- changed corporate colors;
- we have selected new fonts;
- redesigned the appearance of the blocks;
- changed the order of the sections;
- adjusted the composition and structure of the blocks;
- reworked the texts;
- changed the menu;
- adapted the forms;
- The visual presentation of individual sections has been changed.
At the same time, a separate design layout was not created in Figma. Visual adaptation was performed directly during the development process based on the customer’s reference and requirements.
Layout and WordPress
After redesigning the structure, we implemented the frontend part of the site and integrated it with WordPress.
The site is essentially a small corporate landing page, so complex CMS logic was not required here.
At the same time, they left the basic ability to manage content through WordPress and implemented feedback forms.
An additional task is to make the site user—friendly not only on desktop, but also on mobile devices. The adaptive version was developed separately, taking into account the features of the small screen resolution.

Placement and launch
We also took over the technical part of the project launch.
A VPS was selected for the site, after which we:
- we have prepared the server;
- a website has been posted;
- set up the environment;
- the project was postponed;
- we checked its operability;
- we launched the website in production.
Thus, the customer did not have to separately look for a specialist to publish the project — from development to a working website, everything was completed within the framework of one task.
Result
The result was a compact corporate website that retained the basic principles of the reference the customer liked, but received its own visual presentation and structure.
The site is fully adapted for mobile devices, runs on WordPress and is hosted on its own VPS.
Bottom line: instead of a simple copy of the existing site, we adapted the finished concept for the new company, redesigned the structure and visual, implemented the project on WordPress and independently brought it to a working production site.
The customer needed a small corporate website for a company operating in the field of international logistics. The existing website of another company was chosen as the basis. It was used not as a template for direct copying, but as a reference on the general structure and presentation of information.
We adapted this concept to a new brand: we redesigned the layout and sequence of blocks, changed the texts, menus, appearance of individual sections, fonts and color scheme. The result is an independent website that visually matches the company and its positioning.
